Experiment with your delivery - when practising out loud, experiment with the delivery and how it sounds. Think of it as turning up the controls on a handset, and altering the contrast, the colour and the volume. You'll be surprised what a difference this can make, and will it almost certainly change something in your approach.
If you find you get nervous - just notice your breathing and slow it down. It's one of the first things to change when we get nervous, and yet it's one of the easiest things to control. A conscious awareness of your breathing helps you manage your state.
When you're writing your presentation - keep the idea that 'less is more' at the forefront of your mind. Write it down and keep it in view. A great technique to reduce the number of messages - is to think of different ways to express or emphasise the same overall message.
