Booking Terms and Conditions

Your booking with PS Programmes is subject to agreement with the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation of work or change of venue

If due to operational reasons, PS Programmes need to make any changes to the date and location, PS Programmes will contact you and agree an alternative date or location with you. If this is not suitable, we will refund in full any payment received for that particular piece of work. PS Programmes will not be held liable for any other costs that might be incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Payment terms for PS Programmes

If you are making a booking less than 28 days before commencement of us working with you, payment is required in full immediately by bank transfer.

If you are making a booking with more than 28 days before commencement of us working with you, 50% is required immediately by bank transfer and then the remaining balance is required at least 28 days prior to the commencement of the PS Programmes.

Payment can be made by BACs or Electronic Transfer.

These payment terms apply unless alternative arrangements have been agreed by both parties.

Cancellations

  • If a client cancels more than 90 days before commencement of our work with you, PS Programmes will refund 50% of the client’s money and charge £200 administration fee.
  • If a client cancels between 60 – 90 days before commencement of our work with you, PS Programmes will refund 25% of the client’s money and charge £200 administration fee.
  • If a client cancels less than 60 days before commencement of our work with you, there are no refunds possible.
